STUDENT REGISTRATION

 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Fees

- $25.00 CDN per half hour lesson

- $50 CDN per hour lesson 

PAYABLE A MINIMUM OF 4 WEEKS IN ADVANCE 

Payment must be made prior to the first lesson. Payments can be sent via Interac E-transfer or Paypal. Please note, if sending payment via Paypal, please add a $5.00 CDN service fee. (sorry cheques or cash are not accepted at this time.)

Missed Lessons:

Your lesson time is reserved for you. If for any reason you are unable to attend without prior notice in writing (email, text, instant message) of at least 48hrs before your lesson time, payment for the allotted time is still required. If you are late for a lesson, the same time period will apply. Make-up lessons can be scheduled and may result in additional fees depending on the circumstances.

Termination:

We (the instructors of the Bernie Zinck Music Studio) require 4 weeks notice should a student not continue. Fees are due until the end of the 4 week pay period.
